As members of the professional piercing community, we adhere to the Association of Professional Piercers (APP) guidelines, ensuring that every piece we create is biocompatible, safe, and built to last a lifetime.

Our Lifetime Warranty

We stand behind our craftsmanship and offer a lifetime warranty on all Kiwi Diamond jewelry for the original purchasing studio and retail customer. Whether it’s a broken pin, a worn thread, or a setting that needs attention, we are committed to ensuring your jewelry remains in pristine condition.

  • Warranty repairs include gemstones, settings, and threads and pins.
  • Chain-based products are covered for one year from the date of purchase. Due to the delicate nature of chains, repairs beyond this period will incur a repair fee.
  • If a replacement is necessary, we will determine whether to repair or replace the item at our discretion.

How to Submit a Warranty Repair

Kiwi Diamond jewelry can be serviced for warranty repair through any authorized Kiwi Diamond retailer—it does not need to be the original studio where the piece was purchased. If the retail customer is not near an authorized retailer, they may request a warranty service directly through us, and we will return the repaired piece to them. All repair requests should be emailed to support@kiwidiamond.com and include photographs of the item that needs to be repaired or serviced.

To ensure secure and reliable shipping,
customers are responsible for purchasing their own return shipping label with a tracking number. If needed, we offer a fully insured UPS Ground shipping label for $8.95. Once your repair is complete, Kiwi Diamond will cover the cost of shipping the repaired item back to you.

Repair Timelines

Repairs typically take 30-60 days, depending on the complexity of the repair. In some cases, if a piece must be remanufactured or replaced, the timeline may be longer.

Repair Tracking

An ETA for your repaired item will be shown in the Repairs section of the My Account area of your account. Refer to this section to quote your customer the timeline on receiving back their warranty repaired piece.
