Kiwi Diamond is a B2B, wholesale only manufacturing business that sells exclusively to the best piercing studios in the world. To place an order, you must have an approved account. Account applications can be submitted via our Application page.
Once an account is approved, orders may be placed directly via our website, over the phone, or via email, whichever is your preference.

We accept payment via all major credit cards, PayPal or via money wire. We do not accept COD as a payment method. Payment schedule on orders is determined on a per order basis based on size of order.
We use both UPS and Fedex for shipping.
Orders can split into multiple shipments once the order has reached 60% completion, or the order can be held until 100% of your order is ready, based on your preference.
All Kiwi Diamond products are lifetime warrantied and guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects. If a product is deemed to have a manufacturers defect upon receipt, the item may be repaired, exchanged, or a credit applied to the account, at our discretion.

When sending jewelry back for returns and repairs:
- Jewelry must be sterilized and individually sealed inside autoclave sterile packs.
- We will provide a return shipping label with tracking and insurance. Please do not use your own shipping label.
- Please use a protective box or bubble mailer when returning products.
Once jewelry has been received and inspected, we will notify you of any labor and material charges that do not fall under the manufacturer’s warranty.
Any item deemed to have a manufacturers defect must be received back within 60 days of order delivery.
All custom jewelry orders are considered final sale.
